“Breaking the ice” means to do or say something to feel less nervous or shy in a social situation, such as a party.
The moose trio's behavior is similar to Rutt and Tuke from Brother Bear.
Little Bunny getting stuck on a glacier that's breaking apart is similar to the Wonder Pets! episode "Save the Penguin", when a penguin gets stuck on an iceberg that's breaking apart. Blaze saving Little Bunny just in time also mimics the Wonder Pets saving the penguin in the said episode.

When Blaze is projecting the robot model with his fog lights, the top third of the screen becomes blacked out for a few seconds.
When Blaze gets Little Bunny to Land and she thanks him, theirs, AJ and Gabby’s shadows are pointing to the right, but when the camera zooms on on the last three their shadows are on the left.
