Campfire Stories! Trivia Trivia Stripes, Darington, Zeg and Starla don't appear in this episode, and are the only characters not to appear in the stories. But they somehow, all appear in the theme song for this episode. This is the second "story" episode after Blazing Amazing Stories, possibly being the sequel for that said episode. Watts and Gabby don't appear in that episode but they appear in this one. This is another episode without a travel song or a STEM song. Crusher is on his good side throughout the whole episode. This is because his role of the antagonist was taken up by the cave creatures, Greater Than, and Lord Carburetor. This is the seventh episode to not have a transformation sequence. The others being Power Tires, AJ to the Rescue, Blazing Amazing Stories, Video Game Heroes, Race to Sky High Mountain and The Fastest of Them All. In some previous episodes before this one, Blaze or anyone else asks the viewer which number is greater. For example, in the The Great Animal Crown, AJ asks the viewer which number is greater while Blaze is trying to retrieve the crown from Crusher. This is the second time where Blaze defeats a sound after Crusher's lullaby machine in "Ready, Set, Roar!". This is the second time Blaze saves something from falling into a volcano. First time was when he saved the key in Race Car Superstar. This is the first time Blaze says something other than "Let's Blaze!" to activate Blazing Speed; in this case, he says "Let's Blazio!" in the third story. The catchphrase uses the same recording introduced in Season 4, with the final word being the only new recording. Running Gags Allusions Each of the stories told are parodies of famous works. Crusher's story spoofs Indiana Jones, Watts' story spoofs Star Trek, and Blaze's story spoofs Harry Potter. Goofs It was said that Starla would appear in this episode. But for some reasons, she didn't appear and was possibly replaced by Watts and Gabby.
