Cattle Drive Transcript Transcript Blaze, AJ, and Starla are driving through a countryside. Starla Hang onto your hubcaps, Blaze! Here...we...go! Blaze, AJ, and Starla (indistinct cheering and whooping) Blaze honks his horn and they jump off a hill, Blaze landing to face the viewer. Blaze (to the viewer:) Howdy, I'm Blaze! AJ And I'm AJ. Starla Whoop whoop! Blaze And over there is our friend, Starla. She's the coolest cowgirl around. Starla Ho! Yeah! Yee-haw! Starla lassos a horseshoe. AJ Whoa, Starla! That was amazing! Blaze I wish I could lasso like that. Starla Aww, well shucks, Blaze. I can teach ya! Here. (hands Blaze a lasso) Now, let's see if you can lasso... They look around until Starla spots... Starla That can over there! Blaze Okay, I'll try. He starts twirling his lasso rather perfectly. AJ That's it, Blaze! Starla Well, bust my bumpers! You're a natural! Now, when you're good and ready to lasso, shout "Yee-haw!" Blaze (to the viewer:) Help me lasso the can. Shout "Yee-haw!" Yee-haw! He lassos the can and brings it back for AJ to catch it. AJ All right! Starla Shoo-whee! That was some mighty fine ropin', Blaze! (high tires him) Now, come on. Let's get lassoin'! Yip, yip, yee-haw! Both leave with lassos twirling; Crusher and Pickle watch from a hillside. Pickle (gasps) Crusher! Look! Look, look, look, look, look! Blaze and Starla are using lassos! Crusher Pssh! That looks easy! I bet I can lasso better than they can! Watch... (gets out a lasso) You just take one of these lasso thingies, twirl it around, and then you say that cowboy word. Um...yee-hot dog! He lassos his tire by mistake and spins around until he's all tangled up. Pickle Oopsie! Crusher (groans) It's getting cloudy; Blaze and Starla are still lassoing. Starla Yee-haw! Blaze Ha-ha, whoo! It begins to rain. AJ Uh-oh. It's starting to rain. They put their lassos away and take out their umbrellas; mooing is heard. Starla Say, Blaze, did you just moo? Blaze Wasn't me. More mooing. AJ (gasps) There it is again! Starla That sounds like...cows! Pan past them to a rock; tumbleweeds part way to reveal four cows underneath. Blaze (to the viewer:) Where do you see trucks that look like cows? Viewer responds; the cows light up. Blaze Yeah, there they are! Starla Shoo-whee! There's a whole family of 'em, look! There's a mama and a daddy...a-and a brother and a sister... A fifth little cow appears between the daddy and brother cows. Little Cow Moo! Starla Aww, there's even a little baby cow. AJ Uh-oh, they look so cold and wet. Starla Those cows seem awful sad. Blaze Come on, let's go help 'em. They approach the cows, AJ dismounts. Blaze Hey there, cows. Are you okay? The cows shake their heads no and moo sadly, AJ walks over to them. AJ Aww. You shouldn't be out here in the rain. You need a home. Someplace to keep you warm and dry. Starla Hey...wait a minute, fellers! I know where the cows can live! With me, in my barn! She brings out her tablet which shows a picture of her barn and ranch. Starla My barn is perfect for cows. See? It's nice and cozy. The cows perk up. Starla It's got heaps of hay for y'all to eat, places for you cows to play, and best of all, it's got straw beds you can sleep on at night. The cows are impressed. AJ Starla, your barn looks like the perfect home for these cows! Blaze Whaddya say, cows? You wanna live in Starla's barn? The cows jump and moo happily in agreement; they nuzzle Starla affectionately. Starla (giggles) Whoo! Ha-ha! Well then, saddle up, cows! I'm taking you to your new home! Yee-haw! The cows follow her; the little cow stays behind with Blaze. Blaze Stay close, little cow. We'll make sure you get to the barn safe and sound. Little Cow Moo-ooh! She stays next to Blaze as he catches up with the others; travel song starts. Blaze Come on, let's go We're ready to roll AJ Full speed ahead Ready, get set... Background singers GO! Blaze and AJ Time for adventure (Let's go) Faster and faster (Let's go) Pedal to the metal (Let's go) We can be the heroes (Let's go) Background singers Come on, let's go! Song ends. Blaze, AJ, and Starla (laugh) AJ Yeah! Starla Yee-haw! The little cow stops at an apple tree and points up. Little Cow Moo! Moo! AJ Looks like she's hungry for that apple, but she can't reach it. Blaze Don't worry, little cow. I'll grab it for you. (gets lasso out) Yee-haw! He lassos the branch and pulls it down so the little cow can get the apple. Little Cow Moo! (munch; burp) Blaze and AJ (laugh) Blaze Excuse you! Blaze and AJ (laugh) Starla C'mon over, everyone! (they join her) Now, to get to my barn, we're gonna have to ride down this here river. The cows reply excitedly. AJ But, Starla, how are we gonna do that with all these cows? Little Cow Moo! Moo! She directs Blaze to a ramp with a motor. Blaze Little cow, you found us a raft with a motor! Great job! Little Cow Moo! Starla Shoo-whee! (gets on) This raft will get us down the river plenty fast! Come on, cows. Hop on! Everyone gets on and Blaze turns on the motor. The raft begins to move. The cows start dancing and mooing a song.  Blaze, AJ, and Starla (laugh) AJ Yeah! Starla Yee-haw! More singing. Starla Ha-ha-ha! Hoppin' hubcaps! These cows sure know how to have fun! (sings:) Oh, we're goin' down the river with some cows We're goin' down the river with my pals Yeah, we're goin' down the river to my nice, cozy ranch Just hope we don't get hit by a... (stops singing) branch!' Blaze Look out! A branch breaks off a tree and hits the raft, breaking it in half; the cows on one side start floating away from the other side with Blaze, AJ, and Starla. Blaze, AJ, and Starla (yelling) AJ Oh, no! The cows are floating away! Blaze Don't worry, cows! We'll save you! Starla But they've got the motor and they're moving so fast! How are we gonna catch 'em? AJ I've got an idea! Portions of the river have wavy white lines on them. AJ Different parts of a river move at different speeds. Those are its currents. Starla And if we ride the fast currents, we can catch up with the cows! Zoom out and show the river's two currents. Blaze (to the viewer:) Looks like the river has two currents, one here, and one here. Which current is moving faster? The top current is faster than the bottom one; viewer responds, that current lights up. Blaze That one, yeah! They take it. Starla Whoo-hoo! AJ Yeah! Starla It's working, y'all! This current's makin' us go faster! The cows are ahead. AJ But to catch those cows, we've gotta go even faster! Blaze Let's check the water to find another fast current. Shows the currents; the bottom one is faster. Blaze Which current is moving faster? Viewer responds; correct current lights up. Blaze That current, Yeah! AJ All right! They ride it. Starla Yee-haw! Ride 'em currents! Blaze Look, we almost caught up with the cows! The cows moo in a panicked manner. Starla We'd better hurry and find us another fast current! Shows three more currents; the middle one is fast. Blaze Whoa, now there are three currents! Which one is moving fastest? Viewer responds, correct current lights up. Blaze The middle current! Let's ride it! Blaze and Starla Yee-haw! They ride it and reach the cows. Blaze Hang on, cows! He and Starla get their lassos out and lasso the cows' half of the raft back to theirs.  Blaze Yeah! Starla Hoo-ray! AJ Whoo-hoo! We rescued the cows! Little Cow Moo! Moo! Blaze (laughs, pets her) Aww, you're welcome, cows. Starla Now, hang on tight. We’re gonna ride us some currents! The cows get excited and they enjoy their ride on the river; STEM song starts. Blaze and AJ Go, go, go, go with the current Flow, flow, flow, flow with the current Blaze In the water or high up in the sky There's a force that you and I can't deny AJ It's the flow that moves a ship along It's the breeze that all the birds fly on (Whoa...) Blaze and AJ Go, go, go, go with the current Flow, flow, flow, flow with the current Currents give us speed And push us forward naturally, whoa, oh-oh-oh Go, go, go, go with the current Flow, flow, flow, flow with the current (Yeah!) Song ends; they return to land. Blaze Phew! What a ride. The little cow shakes herself dry. Blaze Whoa! Blaze, AJ, and Starla (laugh) Starla All right, cows, let's giddyup! If we hurry, we can make it to my barn in time for supper! (gets out lasso) Yee-haw! She sets off and Blaze and the cows follow behind. Blaze Yeah! AJ Let's go! Crusher and Pickle watch from the hillside. Pickle Oh, wow! Starla is so good at twirling her lasso! I mean, like...better than good, like...amazing! Crusher Pffft! You wanna see amazing lassoing? Check me out! (twirls two lassos) I can twirl two lassos! Yee-hamburger! He spins around until the lassos come together in a strange hairstyle on his roof. Pickle (gasps) Crusher, I love your new hairdo! (giggles; brushes it) It's so you. Crusher (groans annoyingly) Blaze, AJ, Starla, and the cows are now in the badlands. Blaze, AJ, and Starla (laugh) Yeah! They approach a rocky ramp. Blaze After you. They jump off. Starla Yippie-ki-yay! Blaze Whoooooo-hoo!! Starla Yee-haw! Blaze Whoo-hoo!  They land. Blaze Whoa ho! Blaze, AJ, and Starla (laugh) The little cow is last to use the ramp. Little Cow Moo!!! Moo! Blaze Go on, little cow! You can do it! She jumps off and does several flips. Little Cow Moooooooo!!! Starla Whoo-hoo! AJ Yeah! She lands. Little Cow Moo-oo! They regroup. Blaze Nice one, little cow! (high tires her) Little Cow Moo! The wind starts picking up. Starla Shoo-whee. It sure got windy all of a sudden. Blaze Gaskets! There’s a sandstorm heading this way. Everyone, take cover! They split up as sand starts blowing everywhere. Starla (shrieks) Whoa! AJ Blaze, over here! He hides in a cave. The sandstorm passes; There's sand everywhere. He bursts through the sand blocking his hiding place. Blaze Phew! That was some sandstorm. AJ You're not kidding. Starla comes out of a sand pile, shaking herself. Blaze You alright, Starla? Starla Shoot, I'm okay. (shakes sand off her hood) Just a little sandy, is all, heh. (suddenly worried) But wait. Where did the cows go? AJ Uh-oh! With that big sandstorm, they must've gotten lost! Starla Cows! Where’d ya go?! Mooing is heard. Starla Listen. It sounds like two of 'em are over that way! Pans to a myriad of sand piles. Blaze (to the viewer:) Where are the two cows? The daddy and sister cows poke their heads out of the sand as wind dusts them off; viewer responds, the cows light up. Blaze There they are! Yeah! They drive over and free the cows, who shake themselves; AJ dismounts. Blaze Hahaha! Nice to see you too, cows. AJ keeps track. AJ (to the viewer:) Check it out. There were five cows missing, but we just found two of them. Now how many cows do we need to find? Viewer responds "Three." AJ Three, yeah! Starla Hey, cows! Moo-oo! Where are you? More mooing. AJ It sounds like two more cows are over there! Pan to more sand. Blaze (to the viewer:) Where are the two cows? Wind blows sand away, revealing the mama and brother cows; viewer responds, they light up. Blaze Yeah! There's a cow here, and one there! They free them. Starla Yee-haw! Well, I'll be. We got two more cows! AJ keeps track again. AJ (to the viewer:) There were three cows missing, but we just found two of them. How many cows do we still need to find? Viewer responds "One." AJ One, right! We just need to find the little baby cow. Blaze (to the viewer:) Come on, let's call to her. Say "Moo-hoo! Where are you?" Blaze, AJ, and Starla Moo-hoo! Where are you? Little Cow (in the distance; muffled) Moo! Zoom in on the sand. Blaze Where's the little cow? Wind dusts some sand away and reveals her; viewer responds, she lights up. AJ (gasps) Over there! Little Cow Moo! Blaze (holds up lasso) Yee-haw!! (lassos her and pulls her out) Little Cow Moo! Moo! Blaze (pets her) Aww, you're welcome, little cow. She drives to the other cows who nuzzle her affectionately. Starla Shoo-whee! The cows sure seem happy to be back together! AJ Just imagine how happy they'll be when they get to your barn! (boards Blaze) Blaze Okay, cows, get ready. I'm gonna show you how we go super fast! He turns around and deploys his speed boosters; the cows are impressed. Blaze (to the viewer:) To use Blazing Speed and go super fast, we need to say "Leeeet's Blaze!" Come on, say it with us. Blaze, AJ, and Starla Leeeeet's Blaaaaaze!!! He unleashes the speed and Starla and the cows follow behind. Blaze Ha-ha-ho! He does several tricks. Starla Come on, cows! let's get moovin'! (laughs) Yahoo! Elsewhere, Pickle has also arrived at the badlands. Pickle Crusher! Crusher, where are you? Crusher (offscreen) I'm over here, Pickle! He finds him next to a mountain, twirling a lasso again. Crusher I finally figured out how to use a lasso! All I have to do is spin it around really, really, really fast. Yee-hot-skiddely-dah! WHOAAA! He spins uncontrollably yet again and slams into the mountain, causing a giant rock atop to shake. Pickle Uh, we should probably get outta here before that giant rock falls on our heads. Crusher Giant rock falls on our heads?! (screams) He and Pickle retreat; the rock falls, hitting the ground so hard it causes the ground to rumble and make a crack form and extend out to Blaze, AJ, Starla, and the cows, starting an earthquake. Starla Whoo-whee. I must be mighty hungry if my tummy's rumblin' like that. She listens for the rumbling harder. Starla Uh...wait a sec. That's not my tummy. They turn and see the crack extending toward the little cow. Little Cow Moo! Blaze Gaskets! Watch out, little cow! He lassos her just in time. Little Cow Moo! Moo! She lands in Blaze's trunk. Blaze It's alright, little cow. I've gotcha. AJ Blaze! Look out! Little Cow Moo! Now the ground starts breaking away around him, causing both groups split up. Blaze Ya-ha-ha! Wha-ha...whoa-oa-oa! He jumps to a ledge just as the tremor ends. Blaze Phew! Unfortunately, Starla and the cows are on the other side. Starla Blaze! AJ! AJ Uh-oh. Starla and the cows are all the way on the other side! Little Cow Moo! (jumps off) Moo... Blaze Poor little cow. We've gotta get her back to her family. AJ dismounts; the wind starts blowing above them. AJ I know! Let's use air currents to help us glide across! The air has currents, kind of like the currents in the water. So let's make a vehicle that can ride on the currents. Let's make...a hang glider! Blaze (to the viewer:) Come on! Let's make the parts and turn me into a hang glider! Transformation interface appears. Blaze The first part we need is the sail. When air hits the sail, that lifts the hang glider up. To make a sail, say "Sail." Sail! Sail materializes. Blaze Next, we need the control bar. That lets us steer our hang glider. To make the control bar, say "Control bar." Control bar! Control bar materializes. Blaze Last but not least, we need wires to hold the hang glider together. To make the wires, say "Wires." Wires! Wires materialize. Blaze All right! We turned me into a Hang Gliding Mmmmonster Machine!! Blaze transforms. Little Cow Moo-oo! Moo, moo! Moo! Both AJ and the little cow board Blaze. AJ Awesome! Blaze Now, hang on. We're gonna ride some air currents! Blaze takes off. Blaze OH-HO-HO, YEAH! AJ Nice hang gliding, Blaze! Blaze Whoo-hoo! Little Cow Mooooo!!! Blaze suddenly flies through a blue air current, causing him to drop down. AJ Whoaaa!!! Blaze Hubcaps! Those aren't warm air currents. Those are cold air currents! AJ Uh-oh, the cold air's pushing our hang glider down. They fly through another and drop even lower. Blaze Now we're flying too low to make it to the other side! Indeed he is way too low. Blaze (to the viewer:) Help me look for warm air that can lift our hang glider up higher. Behind shot of Blaze. Blaze When you see a current of warm red air, say "Warm air." He avoids several cold air currents until a current with red air comes into view; the viewer replies as told. Blaze Warm air! He flies through it and is pushed upwards a little. AJ Whoo-hoo! Yeah! Little Cow Moo! Blaze All right! The warm air lifted us higher, but we need to go even higher to get the baby cow back to her family. Rear shot. Blaze When you see a current of warm air, say "Warm air." He passes several cold air currents until one with warm air appears; viewer responds. Blaze Warm air! AJ Going up! He flies through and rises up more. Little Cow Mooooo!!! Blaze We're almost there, little cow. We just need to get a little higher. Rear shot. Blaze When you see a current of warm air, say "Warm air." He dodges more cold air currents until he sees a warm air one; viewer responds. Blaze Warm air! He flies into it and rises even more. Little Cow Moo-oo! AJ Yeah! Little Cow Moo! Blaze Whoo-hoo-hoo! He flies over Starla and the cows. AJ Look, we made it! Starla Yee-haw! Nice flyin', partner! Blaze Come on, everybody! Follow us! Starla and the cows follow after him. Blaze Ho ho, whoo! Little Cow Moo! Moo! Blaze What is it, little cow? Little Cow (pointing at something) Moo! Moo! Below them, Starla's ranch comes into view. AJ (gasps) It's Starla's ranch! And there's the barn! Blaze Yeah! AJ Whoo-hoo! Little Cow Moo! Blaze lands before the barn entrance. Blaze Here we are! He returns to normal as Starla and the cows join him. Starla Whoo! All righty, cows. You ready to see your new home? The cows get excited. Starla Well, come on then! The barn doors open to reveal everything she described earlier, and everyone goes inside. The daddy and sister cows jump on the hay beds. Starla twirls a jump rope for the mama cow to skip over. Starla Whoo-hoo! Yeah! Blaze pushes the little cow on a swing; AJ and the daddy cow ride on a tire swing next to him. Blaze (laughs) Whoo! AJ Whoo-hoo! Yeah! (laughs) The mama and sister cows jump into a pool. AJ You were right, Starla. Your barn is the perfect home for these cows. Little Cow Mooooooo!!! (slides down the slide) Blaze Heyheyhey, little cow. You havin' a good time? Little Cow Moo! (cuddles Blaze) Moo! Starla Aww. (giggles) I think she's sayin' thank you. She licks Blaze. Blaze and AJ (laugh) Blaze Aww, you're welcome, little cow. She licks him again. Blaze, AJ, and Starla (laughing) Back in the badlands, Crusher is twirling a lasso once again. Crusher All right, Pickle, this is it. I'm finally gonna make this lasso thing work! Pickle Yay, Crusher! You can do it! Crusher (strains a little) Yee-haw! At last, the lasso swings out and grabs onto something. Crusher (gasps) I did it! I finally, finally lassoed something! Pickle Oh, what'd you get? Crusher (yanking rope, between grunts) It's...it's... Whatever he lassoed swings over to him fast, spinning him around. Crusher (shouts) He stops; the lassoed object, landing on his grille, is...
