Similar to the falcons, the birds are redesigned so they resemble real-life birds, rather than the cartooney appearance in earlier episodes.

Running Gags[]
Convinced that the birds on Animal Island are eating ice cream, Crusher attempts to steal the food despite Pickle trying to convince him otherwise. The attempts are always met with humiliation on Crusher's part, and he begins a last attempt in the final shot only to discover it was birdseed the birds were eating.

In some scenes, Gabby’s ponytail passes through the back edge of the car seat.
Throughout the episode, the seatbelt on Blaze's passenger side is white instead of black.
When Blaze is showing Gabby Animal Island, when AJ and Gabby stand up their seatbelts disappear without either of them unbuckling.
In some scenes Gabby’s ponytail is blowing back as Blaze is flying, in others it does not.
The captions list Thunderwing’s name as “Thunder Wing”.
AJ and Gabby changes sizes throughout the episode while sitting in Blaze.
