Before Watts loses her tire, she is diverted down a hill by falling rocks, the same happened with Blaze and AJ in Blaze of Glory shortly before landing in Axle City.

When Blaze finds Watts' tire under the last sleeping bighorn, the alarm clock can be seen nearby long before it goes off.
This is the first time the tire connection joint is seen. Previously, it was obscured.
Axle City is only seen in Crusher and Pickle's subplot; Blaze, AJ, Watts and Gabby were in the forest throughout the entire episode.
This is the first episode produced in 2018 according to the end credits.
