When three big deliveries are needed all over Axle City, there’s only one monster machine with the power to haul it all: Big Rig Blaze! But he even may not be able to make all the deliveries in time.
Blaze and AJ meet the seven magical unicorns of every color of the rainbow, but when one of them, Violet, gets trapped in an unpoppable bubble, they must turn into knights and rescue her from the Big Bad Bubble Swamp. At the same time, Crusher attempts to rescue Pickle the unicorn from a tower, but his plans don't go so well.

Starla’s rootin tootin birthday party turns into a rescue mission when her cake gets carried off by a runaway train thanks to a tumbleweed moving the track switch. Now it's up to Blaze and AJ to help Starla catch up to that train and save the cake before it’s too late and falls off a huge cliff.
Blaze is joined by all of his friends in the Race to the Golden Gift! But to win, they’ll first have to get past Crusher and his fresh batch of cheats.
Blaze and AJ meet and befriend a white monster machine named Snowbie who loves to play in the snow. They will need to stay cool if they hope to get him to the top of a snowy hill in time for a special wintery celebration.

From Big Rig to the Rescue! to The Puppy Chase, new episodes have been airing per month on a temporary day and having longer hiatuses for 4-5 weeks, due to COVID-19.
Like all seasons except the fourth, it started before the previous season ended.
This season features the fewest new STEM songs to date due to the return of STEM concepts from previous seasons.
Season 6 is the first to exceed the previous seasons' 20-episode count.
It is also the first season to end more than only one year.
