This is the third season since Season 1 to feature an hour-long special.
The first episode of this season debuted during Nickelodeon's "Fast-ernoons" event.
According to Rachel Silverman on her LinkedIn account, this season was originally confirmed to have 26 episodes, however, it was revealed to have been split off into two separate seasons.
This is also the shortest season of the series.
Unlike the other seasons, which lasted 1 year or 2, this season went on a run for 10 months.
According to Jeff Borkin and Ellen Martin, the show creators and showrunners, new STEM topics are taught such as cohesion, disintegration, circumference, and the periodic table of elements. Those topics were announced during an interview on The Parent Watch with them celebrating the series' 10th anniversary.[1]
