The Robot Championship Transcript Transcript Blaze and AJ driving at the park. Blaze and AJ Whooooo-hoo!/Yeah-heh-heh! (laughing) Blaze (finally notices the viewer) Oh hey! Today, AJ and I are hanging out at the park and-- Two robots come past him on their way with several other robots to the Monster Dome. Pink Egg Robot Excuse us! Orange Robot Coming through! AJ Whoa... robots! And it looks like they're all headed to the Monster Dome! Blaze Come on! Let's go check it out! He drives in after the robots; once they are inside, he stops and AJ dismounts. Blaze and AJ Whoa-ho-ho!/Wow! The Monster Dome has all different sport areas with robots playing distinct sports on them. Bump Bumperman Ladies and gentle-bots! Welcome to... the Robot Championship! The crowd cheers. Bump Bumperman Watch as the world's greatest robots battle it out in sports like... robot basketball! Robot swimming! Robot skateboarding! And robot volleyball! And the first robot to win 10 sports will take home the grand prize... A gold trophy styled after a robot rises from the ground. Bump Bumperman ...the Robot Championship trophy! The crowd cheers once again. AJ Wow...! I wish we could be in the Robot Championship! Blaze Hey, I've got an idea, AJ! Why don't we transform me into a robot? Then we can join the competition too! AJ Yeah! Let's do it! Blaze's foglights project the robot body interface as the background changes to an endless blue grid. Blaze (to the viewer:) To become a robot, first I'm gonna need powerful robot legs! To make the robot legs, say "Robot legs." Robot legs! Robot legs materialize. AJ Now let's add a big robot body! To make the robot body, say "Robot body." Robot body! Robot body materializes. Blaze And last, we need super strong robot arms! To make the robot arms, say "Robot arms." Robot arms! Robot arms materialize. Blaze Oh-ho-ho, yeah! (AJ reboards) I'm ready to become... Robot Blaze! He charges toward the interface and jumps through it; when he comes out, he is in his robot form. AJ Yeah-heh-heh! Blaze honks as he lands beside the other robots. Robot #1 Welcome, Robot Blaze! (high fives him) Robot #2 Good to have you in the competition! Blaze (chuckles) Thanks, robots! Crusher (offscreen) HA! Here comes Crusher in his own robot form. Crusher You think Blaze is cool? Well, wait till you check out... Robot Crusher! (pauses, waits for a reply, but nothing) AJ Wow, Crusher! You're a robot too! Crusher That's right! And nothing's gonna stop me from winning that trophy! (laughs) As he walks forward, he doesn't notice a skateboard in front of him and trips on it, falling down on his stomach. Crusher (murmurs incoherently) Bump Bumperman This is it, folks, the moment we've all been waiting for! Let the robot championship... BEGIN! The song begins.
