Officer Blaze just got his biggest case yet, to track down the mischievous Treat Thief, and with help from Officer Anna, Blaze sets out to stop the thief and recover every stolen treat.

Blaze and AJ are seen driving around the city with Officer Anna when they greet the viewers. She has an idea, that since they are so helpful, They can be police officers. Blaze and AJ transform into police and start to drive around helping people following the rules during Police Anthem plays.
However, when Clive the Baker has baked some cookies, but someone suddenly steals them as he gets shocked. Later, Bump Bumperman is seen having a chocolate bar when someone steals it as he gets upset. Meanwhile, Crusher and Pickle appear having Lollipops, but as when they try closing their eyes when licking them, Someone suddenly steals them as they start to panic in shock.
Here comes,the Treat Thief...
Officer Anna, Blaze, and AJ all come to see what's the problem, Crusher and Pickle explain what happened that their candy was stolen, along with Bump, and Clive. Officer Anna knew what happened to them: The Treat Thief. As she said so, Treat Thief suddenly appears for real, she talks in rhyme, and uses a slingshot to get away. Everybody gets worried, but the police will stop her as they go after her.
While driving, They wonder she will go next, AJ checks Data to know where she has been. First, She was stealing cakes from the bakery, Second, she stole candy from the candy store, and third, she stole chocolate at the chocolate factory. Next, she will go steal cotton candy at the carnival. When they arrive there, They spotted the Treat Thief as she tries to get away.

Later at the construction site, She tries to get away, but founds the police trio again. So, She tries to block them with blocks, bricks, and pipe walls. The police trio suddenly noticed the box wall blocking there way, So AJ uses data to know that there is a ramp in front of the wall. So, they use data of 6 to jump over the wall, next, They use data of 11 to jump over the next wall, and last they use the data to jump over the pipe wall with data of 15 as they got help from the viewers as the STEM Song plays.
While driving, The police check the chart that she stole 5 cookies, 2 lollipops, 8 cotton candy, and 4 chocolate as they continue. At the park, Watts, Zeg and Stripes appear driving until they see a cotton candy stand. But the treat thief sees them, and doesn't like to share. So she puts balloons around them to make them float away.
Helicopter Blaze saved Stripe, Watts and Zeg.
The police trio got to the park, when they notice their friends are flying away on balloons. So Blaze transforms into a helicopter to rescue them along with AJ. On the sky, They get help from the viewers to find their friends as he pulls down Stripes and Watts, but Zeg's balloons were popped as he was about to fall, So he pulls him down so they conform them to catch the Treat Thief as they drive.
Using data to make the yellow bear fall asleep.
Later at a mountain, She goes back to her house, but still notices the police. So she wakes up 3 bears and forces them to go after the cops, they notice the 3 bears coming at them. So they have an idea, to bring stuff animals to make them sleep, first a unicorn to the red bear, second a pillow to the brown bear, and third both for the yellow bear.
But they suddenly notice the Treat Thief is putting the treats in the air, and starts to eat them. But they use Blazing Speed to save the candy and treats, The Thief suddenly notices they saved the treats, but when talking in rhyme, it revealed that the treats were going to be her lunch.
The Treat Thief realize that eating sweets is bad for her, so she agreed to never take sweets again.
But the police tell her that eating candy for lunch is too unhealthy for her lunch, so they teach her that eating healthy foods are good. The Treat Thief agrees and they return the sweets. Back at Axle City, They all bring back to the treats to everyone with The Treat Thief while Police Anthem plays as the episode ends.
