Starla, Darington and Zeg don't appear in this episode.
Going by production order, this is the eighth episode of the third season.
This episode is called "Tow Truck Team!" in some online sources.
Crusher builds an invention that is not considered cheating for the fifth time. In this case, it's the tow hook in his subplots where Pickle pretends to be broken down.
If you look closely during the shot where Blaze, AJ, Gabby, Crusher, and Pickle are heading to the Axle City Garage, the Monster Dome can be seen (in the background).
This is the final episode of six things:
The final episode to use the original animation style.
The final appearance of Blaze, AJ, Gabby, Crusher, Pickle and Stripes in the original animation style.
The final appearance of the Monster Dome and Axle City Garage in the original animation style.
The final time Angelina Wahler voices Gabby. Molly Jackson will take over in Need for Blazing Speed and onwards into Seasons 4 and 5.
The final episode to use the 2010–2017 Nickelodeon ending tag.
The final episode where Blaze's flame is seen glowing when unleashing his Blazing Speed.
Presumably because it'll be difficult (or even harder) to do in the new animation style.
Xenophobia: He claims he is the best tow truck ever when Blaze turned into one and saved him, but he only rescued cheese, flip-flops, and a skunk instead. Keep in mind that saving a skunk is offensive to Asians and black people which proves that he is racist. Although this is because it's his subplots, which while funny, tries to succeed but fails and messes up like always.
Stripes’ three monkey friends from The Jungle Horn reappear in this episode.
