The episode would've been just only a short called "Truck Wash" had Crusher not cause the trouble (although official shorts did not exist until eight months later (November after that episode; it is called "Blazing Challenge").
The obtuse angles in this episode were referred to as “big angles”, and the acute angles were called “small angles”.
This is the first episode to involve skip counting, and when they get a new water sprayer, the angle resets to 5 and Blaze starts over, rather than starting where he left off. This is the first episode to do so.
After Zeg says, “Hehe, everybody clean!”, the characters are standing in rainbow order (from left to right: Darington, Starla, Blaze, Stripes, Zeg, Pickle).
Running Gags[]
The parts to the truck wash causing mayhem across town.
Crusher getting dirtier at the beginning.
Allusions[]
The music played while the Monster Machines are getting clean sounds similar to Rose Royce's 1976 hit single "Car Wash".
Goofs[]
Unlike in The Mystery Bandit, the Monster Machines' tires are covered in mud, yet they have no mud trails across the ground where they've driven.
While Blaze is using the truck wash, his tires are clean when hit with the bubble blasters, but when the water sprayers start up, his tires are muddy again.
Blaze should've gotten clean by the suds left by the bubble blasters.
When Blaze sees the smashing machines, they smash piles of junk, but in the next shot, they smash the same junk piles again.
Blaze lacks a roof and Stripes has an exposed engine, meaning the truck wash would've caused short-circuiting to them.
Even Stripes lacks a roof too as well.
When Gabby asks Blaze to find the missing truck wash parts, her hair is parted on the wrong side.
While Gabby explains how to use the ramp and change its angle, Blaze, Starla and Zeg appear to be frozen.
The back door to the recycling plant is missing.
It's highly unsafe to put a smashing machine in a corridor where anyone will be walking.
The truck wash is shown to have lights in it which go out when it’s destroyed. However, upon inspecting the ceiling area, no lights can be seen.
At the beginning of the episode, Gabby is wearing her tracksuit, but whenever she is fixing the truck wash she switches to her overalls.
When Starla says “Hey, y’all, I am seriously dirty” the captions list “Hey” as “Wait”.
