It was Christmas Eve at the orphanage, and Makayla and her 3 best friends, Sabrina, Avery and Megan, were helping decorate the den for Christmas. "So, what now?" Sabrina asked after they had finished. Makayla smirked. "I was gonna save this for a surprise, but, I guess you dragged it outta me."
She took out the magic flame necklace Blaze and AJ had given her on the first adventure she had with them and put it on. She then took her friends' hands and said that they wished to go back to Axle City. In a flash of light, they arrived in the town. The other 2 girls were pretty impressed. Blaze and AJ saw them come in and ran over. "Blaze! AJ! So good to see you again!" Makayla squealed, hugging Blaze. The red Monster Machine smiled and laughed. "Aww, we're happy to see you, too, Makayla."
"Nice to see you guys, too," AJ told Sabrina and Megan. Megan put her hands on her hips and smiled. "Where are you 2 going?" she asked. Blaze smiled as AJ reboarded. "Hop in and we'll take you there," was all he said. Avery, Megan, Sabrina, and Makayla climbed in, a little scrunched. Then, Blaze took off. It was a couple hours later before they stopped in a cold, snowy place. "Where are we?" Sabrina asked. "Well," AJ explained, "we got a letter from Santa Claus, asking if we wanted to help him get all the Christmas presents ready."
"And now, you 4 get to help, too!" exclaimed Blaze. The girls squealed in excitement. They had always dreamed about seeing Santa's workshop, and now they were going to!
